2008国际商学院案例挑战赛将于2008年1月4日至5日在中国北京举行。届时,来自北美和中国的顶尖商学院将以“2008年青岛啤酒在北美的市场策略”为题展开角逐。
中美商学院案例挑战赛旨在创造一个平台,使得MBA学生通过对一个实际案例的缜密分析,展示并提高他们的分析和表达能力。挑战赛的评委来自青岛啤酒的高层以及顶尖商学院的教授。观众包括MBA学生、普通观众以及电视台的受众。
挑战赛的第一天,各支代表队分别做陈述。第二天,混合编队仍然就青岛啤酒这一案例从不同的角度展开分析陈述。获胜的队伍将赢得超过八千美金的奖金。
2008国际商学院案例挑战赛期望前来参赛的队伍收获的不仅是奖金,而是加深对跨文化问题的了解,尤其在如今这个日趋变“平”的世界中对这些未来的商业领袖们尤其重要。此外,他们还将和大洋彼岸的同学们一起脑力激荡,收获友谊。
The 2008 East-West MBA All-Star Case Challenge is an invitational and non-profit event organized by Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and sponsored by Tsingtao Beer, January 4-5 in Beijing,.
Its purpose is to give MBA students an opportunity to meet their peers from around the world, analyze Tsingtao Beer's current market strategy for the United States, and propose solutions to Tsingtao senior management.
The case, Tsingtao Beer: North American Marketing Strategy 2008, has been uniquely developed and tailored to fit the knowledge and interests of both Chinese and American MBA students.
Student teams of 4 individuals will represent their schools with presentations on day one. Day two will feature mixed-team presentations that analyze the same Tsingtao case but from a more specific perspective.
The East-West Case Challenge is an opportunity to showcase the MBA education at your school, demonstrate business skills, and compete for over US$8,000 in prize money in front of judges that include top executives from Tsingtao Beer and leading b-school professors, as well as a potential Chinese TV audience of millions.
